All coaching sessions—both individual and bundled—are considered non-refundable. This policy is in place to honor the time, preparation, and energy that goes into creating a customized experience for each client.
However, I understand that life can be unpredictable, so here’s what is flexible:
- Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit that session.
- Bundle Expiry: If you've purchased a 5-session bundle, all sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Unused Sessions: If you’re unable to complete your bundle for personal or unforeseen reasons, I’m happy to pause your sessions and resume when you're ready—within that 6-month window.
